When you want to use a lower grilling temperature or grill small pieces of food, the searing grill has adjustable temperature control and a special grilling section on the right for small portions. The removable grill plate has a PFAS-free nonstick surface. The grill plate, extra-large drip tray and removable cover all go in the dishwasher for easy cleanup.
