Peruvian Green Sauce
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup packed cilantro leaves
- 1 green onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 small jalapeno, halved
- 1 small clove garlic
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
Directions
- In a personal blender or small food processor, add cilantro, green onion, jalapeno, and garlic. Cover and pulse until mixture is finely chopped.
- Add mayonnaise, yogurt, lime juice and oil. Process until mixture is well blended. Pour into a serving bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Serve with Peruvian Chicken Kabobs.
Makes: 4-6 servings

Sauce can be made two days ahead, cover and refrigerate.
