Ginger Lime Steak Marinade
	
	
	Ingredients
- ⅓ cup soy sauce
 
- ¼ cup lime juice
 
- 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
 
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
 
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
 
- 1 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
 
- 4 beef New York strip steaks, about 1½ - inch thick
 
	Directions
- Place all ingredients except steak in a single-serve blender jar. Blend until smooth.
 
- Place steaks in a large resealable plastic bag. Add marinade mixture. Turn to coat steak with marinade.
 
- Marinate in refrigerator 3 to 4 hours or overnight.
 
- Heat grill to SEAR. Add steaks. Grill 5 to 7 minutes each side.
 
Serves: 4
