We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a Digital Marketing Analyst, Global Commercial opportunity to work with one of the best commercial and foodservice equipment companies in the industry.  This position will support our digital marketing and sales teams in our Commercial division.

Responsibilities of the include: 

  • Support continuous improvement in digital marketing team activities, including the execution of demand generation programs, and subsequent reporting, analysis, and recommendations
  • Analyze data and trends; assemble reporting to inform sales, marketing, and business decisions in online and offline channels as directed
  • Support product and sales teams by analyzing various data sources critical to setting strategic business direction as directed
  • Propagate product content utilizing relevant channels including email, social media and website
  • Analyze and research new ways to use HBC’s community database for marketing activities
  • Support international sales team in their efforts to identify and analyze expansion opportunities
  • Help develop content for new product launches
  • Coordination of sales and marketing tasks, details, and related communications
  • Respond to and coordinate sales, service and lead inquiries
  • Conduct key customer site content and product range reviews

 Requirements of the position include: 

  • A Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Communications, Marketing, or Website Development with a focus on Marketing)
  • At least two years demonstrated experience with digital marketing technology, such as email marketing tools, social media applications, inbound marketing tools, CMS systems, e-commerce websites, or new technologies- no design or programming experience required
  • Quick learner with capacity to juggle multiple responsibilities at the same time
  • Must be comfortable with learning new databases
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and the proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Ability to travel if necessary
