Yellow Pound Cake for 1.5-lb. Loaf Breadmaker

Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups water
- 1/3 cup butter OR vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 3.9-ounce vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1 18-ounce package yellow cake mix
Directions
- Place all ingredients in the breadmaker pan in order listed.
- Choose the Quick Bread Cycle, and light for crust color. Press Start. When done, remove bread from breadmaker and carefully remove kneading paddle from bottom of loaf.
- Let cool 10 minutes before slicing with a bread knife.
