Yellow Pound Cake for 1.5-lb. Loaf Breadmaker

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups water
  • 1/3 cup butter OR vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 3.9-ounce vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 18-ounce package yellow cake mix

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in the breadmaker pan in order listed.
  2. Choose the Quick Bread Cycle, and light for crust color. Press Start. When done, remove bread from breadmaker and carefully remove kneading paddle from bottom of loaf.
  3. Let cool 10 minutes before slicing with a bread knife.
