Truffle Parmesan Black Pepper Popcorn
Ingredients
2 tablespoons white truffle oil
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
24 cups popped popcorn
Directions
- In small bowl, combine truffle oil and butter.
- In another small bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, sea salt and pepper.
- Drizzle truffle butter mixture over popcorn. Stir to coat.
- Sprinkle with cheese mixture. Toss until popcorn is evenly coated.
Serves: 10-12
Test Kitchen Tip: If using popcorn maker with tumbler, divide popcorn into 2 batches. Sprinkle half of cheese mixture over popcorn in tumbler first. Then drizzle with half of butter mixture. Tumble until evenly coated. Repeat for second batch.
