Cook pasta and reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water. Set pasta aside
In a pan heat up olive oil then add in the minced garlic and chopped sundried tomatoes. Sauté until soft and fragrant for about 2 minutes
Add in the heavy cream, white wine, chili flakes (optional), Italian seasoning, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste and your freshly chopped parsley. Cook for a few minutes or until the sauce slightly thickens
Add in your spaghetti and coat evenly in the sauce. Add in the reserved pasta water if you want a creamier texture
