Sundried Tomato Garlic Spaghetti

Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves of minced garlic
- 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes, roughly chopped
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup white wine
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup reserved pasta water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Handful freshly chopped parsley
- Garnish with parmesan cheese
Directions
- Cook pasta and reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water. Set pasta aside
- In a pan heat up olive oil then add in the minced garlic and chopped sundried tomatoes. Sauté until soft and fragrant for about 2 minutes
- Add in the heavy cream, white wine, chili flakes (optional), Italian seasoning, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste and your freshly chopped parsley. Cook for a few minutes or until the sauce slightly thickens
- Add in your spaghetti and coat evenly in the sauce. Add in the reserved pasta water if you want a creamier texture
- Plate and garnish with parmesan cheese
