Sun-Dried Tomato Hummus

Ingredients
- 1 green onion, cut in pieces1 clove garlic3/4 cup drained garbanzo beans (chickpeas)1/2 cup drained sun-dried tomatoes in oil1/4 cup water2 tablespoons tahini (sesame paste)1 tablespoon lemon juiceDash ground cuminDash cayenne pepperSalt and pepper to tasteVegetables or pita chips
Directions
- Using chopping/mixing blade, add all ingredients, except pita chips and cut vegetables to bowl.
- Press ON (I) and process until desired consistency. Stop and scrape bowl as needed. Remove blade and insert slicing disc. Slice vegetables.
- Serve with vegetables or pita chips. Refrigerate.
