Slow Cooker Tequila Sunrise Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 bag (1 lb.) fresh cranberries
- 1 naval orange, peeled, sectioned and chopped
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, peeled and minced
- 1 tablespoon tequila
Directions
- In cast iron crock, stir cranberries, orange, sugar, water, ginger and tequila.
- Cover and cook on HIGH for 3 hours or MEDIUM for 6 hours.
- If desired, transfer crock to tealight stand.
