1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes and green chilies
12 ounces pasteurized processed cheese, cut into chunks
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 package (16 ounces) frozen corn
Chopped cilantro
Chopped chives

Directions
In a medium skillet over medium-high, cook bacon until crisp. Remove bacon and drain on paper towels. Crumble and set aside. Add chopped onions to bacon drippings and sauté until tender.
With a slotted spoon, transfer onions to slow cooker crock. Add bacon, tomatoes, cheeses and corn.
Cover slow cooker and cook on HIGH for 2 hours or LOW for 2 to 3 hours or until cheese is melted. Top with chopped cilantro and chives.
