Ingredients

  • 4 wedges of Pumpkin boiled (small)                        
  • 2 1/2 tbsp Sugar                              
  • Handful of Pumpkin seeds          
  • 2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream                          
  • 2 cups Milk                        

 For pumpkin spice mix

  • 1 stick Cinnamon powder (medium)
  •  10 Cloves            
  •  1/2 Nutmeg       
  •  1 tsp Dry ginger powder             

Directions

HB Pro Juicer Mixer Grinder dry grinding ensures fine quality grinding of hard spices quickly and the wet grinding blends the ingredients into a smooth puree.

  1. For making pumpkin spice mix add cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg into the dry grinding jar of Hamilton Beach Professional. Go on to the Preset and choose Dry grinding function and then choose Fine and press Start. Once the spices are ground into a fine powder remove them into a bowl and add dry ginger powder.
  2. In the large jar add boiled pumpkin wedges, sugar, pumpkin seeds, vanilla ice cream and milk. Now add 1 tsp of pumpkin spice mix. Close the top lid and latch the jar on to the base. Once secured go to Preset and choose Blend and then Partial and then press Start. Once it blends remove the shake into 2 glasses and serve them immediately. You can garnish them with some pumpkin seeds on top and some sprinkle of the spice mix.
