Poppy Seed Honey Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- ¼ cup honey
- 3 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
- ½ teaspoon salt
Directions
- In a single-serve blender, add all ingredients. Blend until smooth.
- Serve over Brussels Sprouts & Berries Salad.
Makes: 1 Cup
Test Kitchen Tip: To make Raspberry Poppy Seed Vinaigrette, substitute seedless raspberry preserves for the honey and raspberry wine vinegar for the white vinegar.
