In the small jar add the red chilly pickle, 2 tbsp chopped coriander, lemon juice and cream. Blend it till the pickle is completely mashed. Remove the marinade into a bowl and add the prawns to it. Mix and leave them aside for at least half-hour.
In the meantime in a jar add garlic cloves, lemon juice, salt and ice cubes. Now using the manual function start blending using the highest speed. While it is grinding the garlic slowly trickle in oil from the filler cap till all of the oil is incorporated and the aioli is light and fluffy. Add vodka to it and remove it to a serving bowl.
Heat a pan and drizzle oil. Add the prawns and cook on both sides. Once done remove from heat and add 1 tbsp chopped coriander. Toss and remove to a plate. Serve hot with vodka aioli.

For Prawns:
8 prawn tails (medium)
