Peanut Butter, Banana and Flax Seed Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon flax seed
- 3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 1 small frozen banana, broken into chunks
- 1/2 cup ice cubes (5 crescent shape)
Directions
- Using mini food processor with mixing/chopping blade, add ingredients in order listed.
- Pulse 5 times, then run for 1 minute or until mixture is smooth.
