Moroccan Chicken
Ingredients
Recommended Hamilton Beach® Product:
Roaster Oven - 3 1/2- to 4-pound chicken
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions
1. Preheat Roaster Oven to 350°F.
2. Rinse chicken in cold water. Pat dry.
3. Combine spices and seasonings and use to coat chicken.
4. Place chicken in insert pan. Place cover on roaster and bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until internal temperature reaches at least 160°F.
