Mint Mocha Coffee
Ingredients
3 tablespoons ground coffee
12 ounces water
2 tablespoons half and half
2 tablespoons peppermint liqueur
1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
Whipped cream
Green food coloring
Directions
- Place coffee grounds into filter (do not fill above MAX line).
- Fill mug with water and pour into coffee maker.
- Select BOLD setting. Brew coffee into mug.
- Stir in half and half, peppermint liqueur and chocolate syrup.
- When whipping cream, add a few drops of green food coloring with the cream. Top coffee with whipped cream.
