Honey Sriracha Popcorn
Ingredients
1/2 cup honey
2 teaspoons Sriracha chili sauce
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
24 cups popped popcorn
Directions
- In a medium microwave-safe bowl, mix honey, Sriracha, butter and salt. Microwave on medium power for 30 to 40 seconds or until butter is melted and mixture is runny.
- Place popcorn in a large bowl; drizzle honey mixture over popcorn.
- Toss until evenly coated.
Serves: 10-12
Test Kitchen Tip: If using popcorn maker with tumbler, divide popcorn into 2 batches. Drizzle half of honey mixture over popcorn in tumbler. Tumble until evenly coated. Repeat for second batch.
