Herbed Butter
	
	
	Ingredients
- 1/4 cup parsley leaves
 
- 3 tablespoons fresh sage leaves
 
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves
 
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary leaves
 
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
 
	Directions
- Using a food processor with chopping/mixing blade, chop parsley, sage, thyme and rosemary until finely minced.
 
- Add butter and blend until creamy. Stop processor to scrape bowl as needed.
 
- On a sheet of plastic wrap or aluminum foil, shape butter mixture into a 2-inch diameter log and refrigerate until firm.
