Herb Seasoned Popcorn
Ingredients
2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
2 tablespoons dried minced onion
2 teaspoons dried rosemary leaves
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
24 cups popped popcorn
1/4 cup butter, melted
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine parsley, onion, rosemary, salt and thyme.
- Place popcorn in a large bowl; drizzle with butter.
- Sprinkle parsley mixture over popcorn; toss until evenly coated.
Serves: 10-12
Test Kitchen Tip: If using popcorn maker with tumbler, divide popcorn into 2 batches. Sprinkle half of herb seasoning mixture over popcorn in tumbler first. Then drizzle with half of butter. Tumble until evenly coated. Repeat for second batch.
