Recipe - Creamy Chicken Pasta

Ingredients

Pasta:

  • 360g semolina flour 
  • 20 ml olive oil 
  • 85 ml water 
  • 50 ml egg

Chicken:

  • 1 large breast, halved  
  • 1 teaspoon salt  
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika, chili powder, black pepper and garlic powder  
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice  
  • 2 tablespoon oil 

Pasta Sauce:

  • 1 tablespoon butter  
  • 3-4 garlic cloves, minced 
  • 1/2 onion, chopped 
  • 2 teaspoon salt in water + 1/2 pound pasta 
  • 1/4 cup pasta water 
  • 1 cup heavy cream  
  • 1/4 cup pasta water  
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan 
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika and black pepper 

Directions

  1. Add your pasta ingredients in your Hamilton Beach Pasta Maker according to instructions.  
  2. Boil pasta with salt for about 2-4 minutes and save aside 1/4 cup pasta water.  
  3. Start seasoning your chicken and cook on medium heat for 8-10 minutes on each side.  
  4. Remove chicken from pan once cooked and add butter, onion and garlic to the same pan.  
  5. Cook down the onion and garlic and have it soak up the flavor left from the chicken.  
  6. Add heavy cream, pasta water, Parmesan and seasoning. Stir well.  
  7. Once sauce is complete, add pasta and chicken and enjoy.
