Ingredients
Recommended Hamilton Beach® Product: Breadmakers
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon bread machine yeast
- 2 8.5-ounce package corn muffin mix
Directions
- Place all ingredients in the breadmaker pan in order listed.
- Choose the Quick Bread Cycle and light for crust color. Press Start. When done, remove bread from breadmaker and carefully remove kneading paddle from bottom of loaf.
- Let cool 10 minutes before slicing with a bread knife.
