Heat a grill pan to medium hot and add the pineapple slices. Grill them on both sides till they caramelize a bit.
Remove them and let them cool down. Now add them to the jar. Add the almonds, honey, fresh coconut chunks, vanilla extract and fresh coconut water. Using the blend option from the preset, blend it till the coconut is smooth. Remove it and you can strain it and serve it cold.
Garnish with some pineapple chunks, edible flowers and mint leaves (optional). Note - if using the manual setting blend on high speed for approximately 20 seconds.
