Classic Cappuccino

Ingredients
- 1 portafilter full of ground espresso beans
- Steamed milk
- Frothed milk
- Sugar to taste
Directions
- Fill your espresso maker with water.
- Add one tablespoon of ground espresso to your portafilter for each cup being made.
- Press your grounds firmly into the portafilter with your tamping tool
- Holding your portafilter firmly, insert it into the brew head. Rotate the portafilter until it locks into place.
- Turn your espresso maker on and allow it to heat up.
- Place one or two cups under the portafilter spouts. Press the pump button and watch the espresso flow. As it dispenses, it will appear lighter in color.
- Allow the espresso to drip from the portafilter holder for 15-20 seconds before removing your cups.
- Add sugar to taste and enjoy!
