Add one tablespoon of ground espresso to your portafilter for each cup being made.
Press your grounds firmly into the portafilter with your tamping tool
Holding your portafilter firmly, insert it into the brew head. Rotate the portafilter until it locks into place.
Turn your espresso maker on and allow it to heat up.
Place one or two cups under the portafilter spouts. Press the pump button and watch the espresso flow. As it dispenses, it will appear lighter in color.
Allow the espresso to drip from the portafilter holder for 15-20 seconds before removing your cups.
