Chocolate & Peanut Clusters

Ingredients
Recommended Hamilton Beach® Product:
- 1 package (8 oz.) unsweetened baking chocolate, break into pieces
- 1 package (8 oz.) German baking chocolate, break into pieces
- 3 lbs. lightly salted dry roasted peanuts
- 1 package (24 oz.) semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions
1. Spray 6 Qt. crock with non-stick cooking spray
2. Add broken pieces of chocolate to crock.
3. Cover and cook on HIGH for 30 minutes.
4. Add peanuts, chocolate chips and cinnamon.
5. Cover and cook on LOW for 1 hour.
6. Stir until well blended; drop mixture by Tablespoonfuls with onto parchment paper. Cool for 4-6 hours.
Serves: 100 (2-inch) clusters
