Cheddar Loaf for 1.5-lb. Breadmaker
Ingredients
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp butter OR vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp nonfat dry milk
- 1/3 cup grated cheddar
- 3 1/4 cups American bread flour OR 2 1/4 cups Canadian bread flour
- 3 tsp bread machine yeast
Directions
- Place all ingredients in the breadmaker pan in order listed.
- Choose the Basic Bread Cycle, 1.5 pound loaf for size of bread and medium for crust color. Press Start.
- When done, remove bread from breadmaker and carefully remove kneading paddle from bottom of loaf.
- Let cool 10 minutes before slicing with a bread knife.
