Belgian Beef & Beer Stew
Ingredients
Recommended Hamilton Beach® Product: Slow Cooker - 6 or 7 Quart Size
- 6 lbs. boneless beef stewing cubes
- 1 bottle (12 oz.) beer
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1 cup frozen chopped onion
- 1 can (14 oz.) beef broth
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 envelopes (0.87 oz.) brown gravy mix
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in slow cooker
- Cover and cook on LOW for 10 hours or HIGH for 5 hours or until at least 160°F.
