- Strain turkey drippings. If necessary, add chicken stock to equal 4 1/2 cups.
- In a large saucepan over medium-high, combine drippings or chicken stock, apple cider, salt and black pepper.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, stir water and cornstarch until smooth. Using a whisk, gradually stir cornstarch mixture into apple cider mixture.
- Stirring constantly, bring to a boil and boil until thickened, about 1 minute.
