Air Fryer Spicy Turkey Burgers with Avocado and Shallot Relish

Ingredients
- 1 small shallot, chopped
- 1 small tomato, halved, seeded and chopped
- 4 sprigs fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 avocado, peeled, pitted and chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 2 teaspoons spicy steak seasoning
- 4 whole wheat hamburger buns
- Lettuce
- Tomato slices
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine half of shallot, tomato, cilantro, avocado, olive oil, lime juice, salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate.
- In another bowl, combine turkey, reserved shallot and seasoning until well blended. Form into 4 patties.
- In air fryer basket, place 2 burgers in an even layer. Set air fryer temperature on 350°F.
- Turning halfway through, cook 16 to 18 minutes, or until meat thermometer registers 165°F. Repeat cooking with remaining 2 burgers.
- Serve on buns with avocado relish, lettuce and tomato slice.
