Air Fryer Mexican Street Corn

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon ground chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse black pepper
- 2 medium ears corn-on-the-cob, husks removed, halved
- 1/3 cup crumbled cotija cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
Directions
In a small bowl, combine butter, chili powder and black pepper. Brush mixture over each ear of corn.
Arrange corn in air fryer basket.
Set air fryer temperature on 400°F. Turning corn halfway through, cook 13 to 15 minutes, or until corn is bright yellow with some char.
Remove corn to a platter. Sprinkle with cheese and cilantro before serving.
