Air Fry Sweet Potato Chips
Ingredients
- 1 small (2-inch diameter) sweet potato, peeled and sliced thin
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Salt, optional
Directions
For Air Fryer:
- In a medium bowl, toss sweet potato slices with olive oil.
- Arrange sweet potato slices in air fryer basket in a single layer. Sprinkle with salt, if desired.
- Set air fryer temperature on 425°F. Turning halfway through, cook 18 to 20 minutes or until sweet potato edges are lightly browned and crisp.
- Cool on paper towels before serving.
For Air Fryer Toaster Oven:
- Preheat toaster oven on Air Fry to 450°F.
- In a medium bowl, toss sweet potato slices with olive oil.
- Arrange sweet potato slices in air fryer basket in a single layer. Place basket on bake/broil pan. Sprinkle sweet potatoes with salt, if desired.
- Slide pan into upper rack position. Turning halfway through, cook 18 to 20 minutes or until sweet potato edges are lightly browned and crisp.
- Cool on paper towels before serving.
Serves: 2
Test Kitchen Tip: For a different flavor treat, sprinkle with ground cinnamon. Gently toss until well coated.
