Recipe - 3 Breakfast Sandwich Recipes

Ingredients

Base Ingredients

  • 1 English muffin or brioche bun 
  • 3 Tbsp Mayo 
  • 3 tsp olive oil  
  • 1 slice American cheese  
  • 3 eggs

Inclusions

  • 1 Sausage patty 
  • 2 slices of roma tomato  
  • 3 slices of jalapeno pepper  
  • A few sprigs of cilantro  
  • Salt to taste

Directions

For the Egg and Cheese sandwich

  1. Preheat the Hamilton Beach Dual Breakfast Sandwich maker. 
  2. Spread the 1 Tbsp mayo on the bottom of the brioche bun, in the middle compartment add 1 tsp of olive oil, crack the egg and lightly scramble and top with a slice of american cheese. Sprinkle it with salt. 
  3. Close the sandwich maker and allow the egg to cook for 2-3 minutes. 
  4. Open the sandwich maker and top with top of the brioche bun, place directly on top of the egg and sausage. 
  5. Continue to cook for 1-2 minutes or until the egg fully is cooked. 

For the Egg and Sausage sandwich

  1. Preheat the Hamilton Beach Dual Breakfast Sandwich maker. 
  2. Spread the 1 Tbsp mayo on the bottom of the english muffin, in the middle compartment add 1 tsp of olive oil, crack the egg and lightly scramble and top with sausage. Sprinkle it with salt. 
  3. Close the sandwich maker and allow the egg to cook for 2-3 minutes. 
  4. Open the sandwich maker and top the muffin side with the muffin bottom, place directly on top of the egg and sausage. 
  5. Continue to cook for 1-2 minutes or until the egg fully is cooked. 

For the Spicy Egg & Tomato sandwich

  1. Spread the 1 Tbsp mayo on the bottom of the english muffin, in the middle compartment add 1 tsp of olive oil, crack the egg and lightly scramble and top with tomato, feta cheese, cilantro and jalapenos. Sprinkle it with salt. 
  2. Close the sandwich maker and allow the egg to cook for 2-3 minutes. 
  3. Open the sandwich maker and top the muffin side with the muffin bottom, place directly on top of the egg and sausage. 
  4. Continue to cook for 1-2 minutes or until the egg fully is cooked. 

Makes: 1 serving
