3 Breakfast Sandwich Recipes
	
	
	Ingredients
Base Ingredients
- 1 English muffin or brioche bun 
 
- 3 Tbsp Mayo 
 
- 3 tsp olive oil  
 
- 1 slice American cheese  
 
- 3 eggs
 
Inclusions
- 1 Sausage patty 
 
- 2 slices of roma tomato  
 
- 3 slices of jalapeno pepper  
 
- A few sprigs of cilantro  
 
- Salt to taste
 
	Directions
For the Egg and Cheese sandwich
- Preheat the Hamilton Beach Dual Breakfast Sandwich maker. 
 
- Spread the 1 Tbsp mayo on the bottom of the brioche bun, in the middle compartment add 1 tsp of olive oil, crack the egg and lightly scramble and top with a slice of american cheese. Sprinkle it with salt. 
 
- Close the sandwich maker and allow the egg to cook for 2-3 minutes. 
 
- Open the sandwich maker and top with top of the brioche bun, place directly on top of the egg and sausage. 
 
- Continue to cook for 1-2 minutes or until the egg fully is cooked. 
 
For the Egg and Sausage sandwich 
- Preheat the Hamilton Beach Dual Breakfast Sandwich maker. 
 
- Spread the 1 Tbsp mayo on the bottom of the english muffin, in the middle compartment add 1 tsp of olive oil, crack the egg and lightly scramble and top with sausage. Sprinkle it with salt. 
 
- Close the sandwich maker and allow the egg to cook for 2-3 minutes. 
 
- Open the sandwich maker and top the muffin side with the muffin bottom, place directly on top of the egg and sausage. 
 
- Continue to cook for 1-2 minutes or until the egg fully is cooked. 
 
For the Spicy Egg & Tomato sandwich
- Spread the 1 Tbsp mayo on the bottom of the english muffin, in the middle compartment add 1 tsp of olive oil, crack the egg and lightly scramble and top with tomato, feta cheese, cilantro and jalapenos. Sprinkle it with salt. 
 
- Close the sandwich maker and allow the egg to cook for 2-3 minutes. 
 
- Open the sandwich maker and top the muffin side with the muffin bottom, place directly on top of the egg and sausage. 
 
- Continue to cook for 1-2 minutes or until the egg fully is cooked.
