Turkey, Cranberry and Brie Sandwich
Ingredients
- 2 slices bread of choice
- 1 tablespoon softened butter, divided
- 3 ounces brie cheese, sliced into pieces to fit the slice of bread
- 2 tablespoons cranberry sauce
- 3 slices cooked bacon
- 2 to 3 ounces sliced turkey
- ¼ cup baby spinach
Directions
- Preheat Sandwich Stacker until green PREHEAT light comes on.
- Spread one side of each slice of bread with ½ of butter.
- Lift cover, top ring and cooking plate.
- Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, in bottom ring of Sandwich Stacker. Top with brie, cranberry sauce and bacon.
- Lower cooking plate and top ring. Add turkey and spinach* to top cooking plate. Top with remaining slice of bread, buttered side up.
- Close cover. Cook for 3 to 3 ½ minutes.
- Slide out cooking plate by grasping cooking plate handle and pivoting right until it stops. Lift cover and rings; carefully remove sandwich with plastic spatula.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Makes: 1 serving
Test Kitchen Tip:
If you prefer, add the spinach after the sandwich has finished cooking.
