Tomatillo Salsa
Ingredients
Recommended Hamilton Beach® Product: Blend & Store System
- 8 medium tomatillos, about 11 ounces
- 1 medium white onion, about 9 ounces, cut into 8 pieces
- 2 jalapeno peppers, halved
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 stems cilantro, plus more for garnish
- Salt, to taste
Directions
- Place all ingredients in blender jar in order listed.
- Blend on Dip Program, if available. Alternately, blend on high until desired consistency is reached.
- Adjust salt to taste. Serve in a bowl garnished with additional cilantro.
Serves: 6-8
