Taro Yam Pasta

Ingredients
- 580 g all-purpose or semolina flour
- 20 g Lilac Taro Yam powder
- 160 ml water
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp olive oil
Directions
- Mix the flour with taro yam powder. If you want to skip the powder, just use 600g flour.
- Turn on the pasta maker. Tare scale to zero. Start adding the flour mixture. The display will show you in grams exactly how much flour you added.
- Close the lid, press PASTA, then START. The pasta making/mixing process will start, and this is when you need to add the water, egg and olive oil mixture gradually through the holes of the closed lid.
- You don’t have to perform any other action after this point. Pasta maker will finish mixing, wait 5 minutes and then start extruding your pasta.
- You can prepare the pasta right after it extrudes or freeze.
