Slow Cooker Green Bean Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 cans (10 1/2 ounces each) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 package (1 ounce) onion soup mix
- 1 teaspoon coarse black pepper
- 9 slices cooked bacon, coarsely chopped
- 3 packages (12 ounces each) frozen cut green beans
- 2 containers (6 ounces each) French fried onions, divided
Directions
- In a slow cooker crock, combine condensed soup, onion soup mix and black pepper. Stir in bacon, green beans and 4 cups fried onions.
- Cover slow cooker and cook on HIGH for 3 to 3 1/2 hours or LOW for 6 to 7 hours. Sprinkle with remaining fried onions before serving. Garnish with extra cooked chopped bacon, if desired.
