Slow Cooker Dried Fruit Compote

Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons rum
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 bag (7 oz.) dried mixed fruit
- 1 bag (6 oz.) dried apricots
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
Directions
- Stir water, brown sugar, honey, rum and lime juice in cast iron crock until brown sugar is dissolved.
- Add dried fruits to crock. Stir until blended.
- Cover and cook on HIGH for 3 hours or MEDIUM for 6 hours.
