1. Add linguine and 3 cups chicken broth to skillet. Place lid on skillet.
2. Turn heat to 400 degrees and cook pasta approximately 8-10 minutes.
3. Lift skillet lid and stir pasta; add peppers, broccoli, and peas.
4. While veggies cook, whisk together peanut butter, toasted sesame oil, vegetable oil, soy sauce and red pepper flakes. Set aside.
5. Cook veggies approximately 5 minutes until they begin to soften, then lift lid and add shrimp.
6. Replace lid and cook approximately 5 minutes or until shrimp are opaque.
7. Turn skillet off. Drizzle shrimp and vegetables with sesame mixture and toss to coat. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
8. Serve and enjoy!
