Recipe - Salted Caramel Cheesecake Cottage Cheese Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups whole milk cottage cheese 
  • 2 tbsp. sunbutter 
  • 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp maple syrup 
  • 2 tbsp. salted caramel sauce 
  • pinch of sea salt 
  • drizzle top with extra salted caramel sauce 

Directions

  1. Place all the ingredients in Hamilton Beaches Powermax Blender, except for the extra caramel sauce, and blend until it’s silky smooth. 
  2. Drizzle additional salted caramel sauce and swirl into ice cream. 
  3. Place into a loaf pan or freezer-safe dish and freeze for at least 3-4 hours. 
  4. Allow to unthaw for 15-20 min before scooping and serving 
  5. Enjoy with additional caramel sauce if desired.
