Salted Caramel Cheesecake Cottage Cheese Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups whole milk cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp. sunbutter
- 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp. salted caramel sauce
- pinch of sea salt
- drizzle top with extra salted caramel sauce
Directions
- Place all the ingredients in Hamilton Beaches Powermax Blender, except for the extra caramel sauce, and blend until it’s silky smooth.
- Drizzle additional salted caramel sauce and swirl into ice cream.
- Place into a loaf pan or freezer-safe dish and freeze for at least 3-4 hours.
- Allow to unthaw for 15-20 min before scooping and serving
- Enjoy with additional caramel sauce if desired.
