Pressure Cooker Cranberry Steel-Cut Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 2 cups steel-cut oats
- 1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries
- 2 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon salt
Directions
- Remove lid of pressure cooker. Place all ingredients in cooking pot and stir to combine.
- Place lid on pressure cooker, turn lid to lock and move steam release valve to closed position.
- Press WHOLE GRAIN mode and adjust cooking time to set for 13 minutes.
- When cooking has finished, press steam release button to quick release pressure. Stir mixture before serving. Serve with milk and toppings as desired.
Serves: 6-8
Test Kitchen Tip: If using MANUAL mode, select HIGH pressure and set for 13 minutes. When finished cooking, press steam release button to quick release pressure.
