Peppered Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 1 can (14.5 oz.) beef broth
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package (1 lb.) sliced mushrooms
Directions
- Heat beef broth, butter, salt and pepper in cast iron crock over medium heat until butter is melted.
- Stir in mushrooms.
- Cover and cook on HIGH for 3 hours or MEDIUM for 9 to 10 hours.
