Multi-Cooker Cranberry Steel-Cut Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 6 rice measuring cups steel cut oats
  • Water
  • 2 cups sweetened dried cranberries
  • 2 cups coarsely chopped apples or 1 package (5 oz.) dried apples, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Topping suggestions: brown sugar, maple syrup, chopped toasted nuts, cream or milk

Directions

  1. Place steel cut oats in multi-cooker. Fill to 10-cup line with water.
  2. Stir in cranberries, apples, cinnamon and salt.
  3. Cover and set multi-cooker to HOT CEREAL or WHOLE GRAIN for 75 minutes.
  4. Stir and serve with desired toppings.

Serves: 20
