Ingredients
- Single-Serve:
- 1 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/2 medium banana, cut in chunks
- 3/4 teaspoon grated fresh ginger (optional)
Directions
- Place ingredients in blender jar in order listed.
- Cover, pulse a few times and then blend for 30 to 45 seconds.
