Mango Pineapple Smoothie
Ingredients
Single-Serve:
1 1/4 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 medium banana, cut in chunks
3/4 teaspoon grated fresh ginger (optional)
Directions
- Place ingredients in blender jar in order listed.
- Cover, pulse a few times and then blend for 30 to 45 seconds.
Serves: 1-2
