Mango Pineapple Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Single-Serve:
  • 1 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 medium banana, cut in chunks
  • 3/4 teaspoon grated fresh ginger (optional)

Directions

  1. Place ingredients in blender jar in order listed.
  2. Cover, pulse a few times and then blend for 30 to 45 seconds.

Serves: 1-2
