Lemonade Frosting
	
	
	Ingredients
Recommended Hamilton Beach® Products:  Juice Extractors and Hand Mixers
- 1 cup butter, softened
 
- Juice of 2 lemons
 
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
 
- 4 cups powdered sugar
 
	Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat butter, lemon juice and zest on MEDIUM speed until creamy.
 
- Gradually beat in powdered sugar on LOW speed until well-blended.
