Ingredients

  • 2 medium navel oranges, peeled 
  • 1 small Fuji apple 
  • 1/4-inch slice ginger, quarter-sized diameter, peeled 
  • 1/4 medium grapefruit, peeled  
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt 
  • 1/4 cup ice cubes 

Directions

  1. Place personal blender jar under spout of juice extractor. 
  2. Cut fruit as needed to fit through chute of juice extractor. Juice oranges, apple, ginger, and grapefruit in order listed.  
  3. Add protein powder, yogurt, and ice cubes in order listed to blending jar, then add jar collar. Place blending jar on base. Process until desired consistency. 

Serves:  1-2
