Fresh Herb & Lemon Dip
Ingredients

- 2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves
- 2 teaspoons fresh oregano leaves
- 1 small piece fresh lemon peel, fresh, white pith removed
- 2 teaspoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1 small garlic clove
- 8 ounces low fat cream cheese, softened and cut into one-inch pieces
Directions
- Place thyme, oregano, garlic and lemon peel in chopper. Pulse until finely chopped.
- Add cream cheese and pepper. Pulse until combined.
- Add lemon juice and pulse until mixture is smooth.
Tip: Serve with low sodium whole wheat or rice crackers (not included in nutritional analysis).
