Cranberry Sauce/Topping
Ingredients
- 2 bags cranberries
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- Fresh nutmeg
- 1 orange
- 1/4 cup orange liquor
Directions
- Zest orange then cut in half and juice. Add juice and zest to crock.
- Pour in sugar and berries, grate about 1/4 nutmeg on top.
- Cover and cook on HIGH 2 hours.
- Cool completely. Stir in orange liquor.
