Cilantro Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch cilantro, leaves only
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • Juice from one lime
  • Salt and ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Using chopping/mixing blade, with food processor running, add cilantro, butter, lime juice, salt and black pepper to food chute. Process until mixture is light and fluffy.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for several hours to blend flavors.

Serves:  4-6

Test Kitchen Tip: Use on grilled corn, salmon, swordfish, tuna or fresh vegetables.
