Cappuccino Soft Serve Ice Cream for Half-Pint Ice Cream Maker

Ingredients

• 1 teaspoon instant coffee powder
• ¼ teaspoon unsweetened baking cocoa
• 2 tablespons sugar
• 1/2 cup half-and-half

Directions

1.  In a bowl, combine all ingredients and stir for 30 seconds to dissolve sugar and coffee.

2.  Pour into frozen Half-Pint freezer bowl.


Yield: One 6 oz. single serving size.
