Butter Rosettes

Directions

Cover baking sheet with waxed paper. Assemble cookie press using the decorator tip. Fill with desired butter mixture. Place decorator tip onto the wax paper and press about 1 tablespoon of the mixture, lifting tip as butter is expressed. Repeat until sheet is filled. Place in refrigerator for 1 hour. Remove butter rosettes from wax paper and place in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
