Breakfast Sandwich Maker Elvis Sandwich

Ingredients
- 2 thick slices brioche bread, cut into 4 inch circles
- 2 teaspoons butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 medium banana, sliced into 12 slices
- 2 slices cooked bacon
Directions
- Preheat Breakfast Sandwich Maker until green PREHEAT light comes on. Lift cover, top ring and cooking plate.
- Spread 1 teaspoon of butter on one side of each brioche circle. Turn one brioche circle over and spread on peanut butter.
- Place brioche with peanut butter, buttered size down, in bottom ring of Breakfast Sandwich Maker. Top with 6 banana slices and bacon.
- Lower cooking plate and top ring. Add remaining banana slices and top with remaining brioche circle, buttered side up.
- Close cover. Cook 1 ½ to 2 minutes.
- Slide out cooking plate by rotating handle clockwise. Lift cover and rings; carefully remove sandwich with plastic spatula.
